Anti Cancer Diets
Anti Cancer Diets – It is truly sad that we have not adapted a more proactive approach which would focus on eliminating problems and diseases before they appear rather than a reactive approach. But with the help of Google and by talking to people we can learn a lot.
Every day I meet someone new who has just been diagnosed, or is fighting Cancer. Just this week I met a lady in the vegetable section of our local grocery store. She was asking all sorts of questions about “greens” which ones were the best, how to cook with it etc. Me being the nosey mare that I am, I had to find out why she had this sudden need for knowledge about greens and healthy eating. I noticed that she was very flustered, was talking fast and her energy was just messed up. So I think this is what I felt. She confided in me within minutes:

She wanted to know how to change his complete diet and had a long list of things that she had Googled that would be good for him. She already knew about No sugar but she was very vulnerable and did not know where to start. I showed her the Vegan section of the store, coconut milk for a smoothie recipe I had and where to buy Hemp Hearts (for protein) Lucky for her, two days later I interviewed the famous Jack Kungel who educated me more on the subject of food and how he treated his Cancer. I will be posting the interview with him later today.
Basically, what I need to tell this woman is what every survivor of Cancer has said: Test your PH and watch it go down as you change your diet, and use a protocol that Jack Kungel and thousands of others have done.
An Alkaline diet includes organic leafy green vegetables, root vegetables, onions, garlic, leek and chives, broccoli, cauliflower and cabbages, beans, lentils and peas and nuts and seeds, herbs and spices. This can be combined with a small amount (a cup or two per day) of non-gluten grains such as rice. But the most important part of the anticancer diet is to make your body more alkaline.
Another part of the diet is intermittent fasting which is something that I do. I sell vitamins and supplements, as well as cleansing products, which is my full time occupation. It allows me to work from home and also to talk to thousands of people about their health and be a part of their journey. The most important part of your health is to find out what works for you, and KNOW what is good for you and what is not. I don’t have time is always the biggest argument. We have LOTS of time, we CHOOSE how we use it. My husband and I were only 2 of the millions of people who watched “What the Health” on Netflix. Just look at the opening scenes, and look around when you are out shopping. We are seeing more and more people suffering from Obesity and also developing Cancer.
So me being the luvly wife (I am married to a Brit) I decided to look up a more plant based diet. What I have learned is the best way to get my vegetables while retaining the flavour and natural sweetness. There are literally thousands of websites that offer Rainbow of color veggies baked in the oven. I peel carrots, parsnip, whole cloves of Garlic, small baby potatoes and put Virgin olive oil and italian spice together and rub it all over the veggies. Then I bake them, trapping all the sweetness and losing nothing in the flavour. People saw it is more expensive to eat HEALTHY. I would prefer to pay for Health then the cost of sickness and ultimate death. So make time to learn what Anti Cancer diets are, start with Meatless Monday, cut out COLD turkey the sugar that is feeding Cancer and keep a food diary. Once you have tested you PH, do it on a regular basis to see how much changes when you change your diet.
